About the Role

The Secretary/Admin Assistant will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a professional attitude that reflects the values of our institution. As a key member of our administrative team, you will coordinate essential tasks, support staff, and contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children and parents.

This position requires a proactive and reliable individual who is capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a warm and welcoming attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing daily administrative operations and supporting the nursery management team.
  • Maintaining children’s records, staff files, and essential documentation in compliance with local regulations.
  • Handling communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Assisting with admissions, registrations, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Ensuring smooth office workflow and providing general administrative support.
  • Upholding nursery policies and ensuring compliance with Qatar’s regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably within a nursery or school setting in Qatar.
  • Minimum 5 years of admin work experience (preferred).
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and maintaining a nurturing environment.
