Brief Description
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for providing specialized expertise, strategic advice, and high-level support in performance monitoring and process improvement. Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Mandatory)
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant Professional Certification (Preferred)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a related specialized field.
- At least 3 years in a Specialist or Expert-level role.
- Proven record in performance management, data analysis, and organizational development.
Skills and Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Strong background in business process analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
- Capable of providing technical and operational solutions across multi-functional projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Additional Experience
- Development and analysis of performance dashboards and KPI reports.
- Collaboration with departments to enhance data collection and compliance monitoring.
- Preparation of executive performance reports and insights for senior management.
- Support in training and capacity-building programs within administrative teams.
2️⃣ Special Education Technician

Job Summary
The Special Education Technician assists in delivering high-quality and safe educational interventions for children with special needs, under the supervision of the Special Educator.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Special Education (Mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Special Education.
- Experience Exemption: HMC may exempt Qatari nationals and long-term residents from experience requirements upon successful completion of the in-house departmental training program during the 3-month probation period.
License to Practice (DHP)

Reports To
- Special Educator
Key Responsibilities
- Implement educational plans and activity programs as assigned by the Special Educator.
- Coordinate with the Special Educator to identify the individual needs of each child.
- Monitor and report children’s performance and progress.
- Prepare educational materials and organize training setups for individual and group sessions.
- Ensure the safety of children during class and playground activities.
- Follow infection control policies and maintain relevant disinfection records.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and safety within the department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
