The Leaders Track Journey is a unique opportunity to become a teacher in one of Qatar’s public schools for two years. During this inspiring journey, you will take on the responsibility of teaching one of the core subjects — Arabic, Mathematics, Science, or English — to students in grades 3 through 9, depending on your area of specialization.

Are You Eligible?

We’re looking for passionate individuals who are truly committed to making a positive impact in the lives of Qatar’s students. If you are a Qatari national or have been residing in Qatar for at least two years, and you are fluent in Arabic — both spoken and written — you could be the ideal candidate to join us.

How We Prepare You for the Journey

Starting a new chapter in education can seem daunting, but at Teach For Qatar, you will never walk alone. Our comprehensive training program equips you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to become an inspiring educator and leader.
Your journey begins with the Summer Institute — a seven-week intensive program filled with learning, reflection, and hands-on teaching practice. You will explore the fundamentals of pedagogy, classroom management, and student engagement.

Next comes Qatar Camp, where theory meets practice. Here, you’ll teach a real classroom of up to 30 students, applying your skills and experiencing the joy and challenge of transforming young minds.

Throughout the two years of the Leaders Track, your growth continues through ongoing professional development days, designed to challenge and empower you. You will receive continuous coaching and mentorship, ensuring you have the support needed to thrive and make a lasting difference in Qatar’s education system.
