1. Operations Manager – Retail Food Services
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations at retail dining outlets, manage staff, ensure quality service, coordinate with external vendors, and supervise cash handling and merchandising .
Qualifications: Several years in food service management, strong leadership, customer‑service skills, and familiarity with POS systems.
2. Facilities Manager
Responsibilities: Supervise all facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor management; set preventive maintenance schedules and control budgets.
Qualifications: Degree in Facilities Management or Engineering, 5+ years’ experience, strong organizational and vendor-management skills.
3. Senior Accountant
Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements, manage budgets, conduct variance analysis, oversee general ledger, ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, CPA (preferred), 3–5 years’ experience, strong Excel and financial software skills.
4. Residential Facilities Manager
Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance and operations of residential buildings, including preventive and reactive maintenance, tenant relationships, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications: Technical diploma or degree, experience in multi‑unit residential operations, excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Civil Supervisor – Maintenance (UPDA License)
Responsibilities: Supervise civil maintenance works, ensure compliance with plans and specifications, coordinate crew activities and quality control.
Qualifications: UPDA license, diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, 3+ years supervision experience, strong leadership.
6. Maintenance Storekeeper

7. Facilities Operator

8. High‑Voltage Technician – Facilities Management

13. Barista / Juice Maker

14. CMMS Operator

Qualifications: Diploma or degree, 1–3 years of CMMS or facilities support experience, detail-oriented, proficient in data entry and reporting.
15. Mechanical Technician – Generators
Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel generators, conduct load testing, change filters/oil, trouble-shoot mechanical issues.
Qualifications: Technical diploma, experience with heavy generators, strong mechanical aptitude, awareness of safety procedures.
16. Philippine Chef / Cook
Responsibilities: Cook Filipino dishes to set recipes and standards, manage kitchen production, maintain ingredient quality and kitchen hygiene.

17. Plumber – Facilities Management
