Salary: Starting from QAR 4,000/month

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organized Arabic-speaking female receptionist to be the face and first point of contact of our company. If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and a passion for customer service, we would love to meet you!


Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain front desk security and ensure visitor log procedures are followed
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Support administrative tasks when required

📌 Candidate Requirements:

  • Female applicant, Arabic-speaking
  • Age between 20 to 29 years
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Presentable, polite, and professional
  • Valid QID is a must
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiar with office equipment (e.g., telephone systems, printers, etc.)

📍 Other Details:

  • Must be located in Doha or willing to relocate prior to start date
  • Ability to commute reliably to the office location
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
