Salary: Starting from QAR 4,000/month
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organized Arabic-speaking female receptionist to be the face and first point of contact of our company. If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and a passion for customer service, we would love to meet you!
✅ Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a positive and professional demeanor
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain front desk security and ensure visitor log procedures are followed
- Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Support administrative tasks when required
📌 Candidate Requirements:
- Female applicant, Arabic-speaking
- Age between 20 to 29 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Presentable, polite, and professional
- Valid QID is a must
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiar with office equipment (e.g., telephone systems, printers, etc.)
📍 Other Details:
- Must be located in Doha or willing to relocate prior to start date
- Ability to commute reliably to the office location
- Immediate availability is an advantage
