Position: Call Centre Agent – Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Receive, log, and distribute letters, packages, and other correspondence efficiently.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail, including drafting emails, letters, and securing parcels.
- Sort, prioritize, and forward emails to the concerned departments.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies; ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, logs, and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist with booking travel arrangements, coordinating appointments, and managing schedules.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team and management.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned to support office functionality.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in a call centre, front desk, or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, scanners, printers).
- Software Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Languages: Proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and calm.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed.
- Relocation: Must be currently residing in Doha or able to relocate prior to joining.
