Customer Service Representative (CRM)
We require a Customer Service Representative for inbound and outbound calls. Candidates will contact clients over the phone and email to offer information on our products & services while simultaneously noting the customer’s information. Will also be required to perform other calling-based tasks.
Responsibilities:
Conduct warm leads calling sessions to provide product & service information to interested customers.
Conduct survey calls to assist with customer satisfaction reports and record customer feedback/complaints.
Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
Other CSR duties.
Qualifications:
Bilingual – fluency in Arabic and English is a MUST.
At least 2 year(s) of previous experience in customer service or matching roles. Automotive experience is a plus.
Team player attitude.
Prompt and courteous over the phone and in person.
Enthusiastic and pleasing personality.
Must have strong computer skills, in particular MS Excel.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 – QAR5,000.00 per month
