📍 Location: Qatar

Job Requirements:
✔️ Fluent in both English & Arabic (spoken and written).
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔️ Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
✔️ Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of calls.
✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✔️ Positive and professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
✔️ Basic knowledge of CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
✔️ Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar.

🕒 Working Conditions:
🔹 9 working hours per day (including breaks).
🔹 1 day off per week – Friday.
🔹 Rotational shifts may apply depending on operational needs.
