Delivery coordinator

The roles and responsibilities of a delivery coordinator focus primarily on the function of delivering products according to customer orders and deadlines. They use data processing applications to review orders, check for accuracy, pack or process orders, and ensure timely delivery. Depending on the organization and the role, you may also communicate with customers about product operation and provide occasional customer service. Here are some additional job duties:

- Implement Business Division’s policies and procedures and comply with AAW’s other policies.
- Greet customers at showroom and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services to customers.
- Generate sales of all products of the Showroom to help achieve the overall sales targets while enhancing the customer service provided at all times.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors as well as monitor movement of the fast and slow moving items as basis for future replenishment activities.
- Coordinate with the Visual Merchandizing Team to implement showroom display and visual merchandising to the highest standards as per business guidelines.
- Coordinate all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including sales to new and existing clients.
- Prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities in parallel, while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships.
- Promote the overall success of the unit through constantly improving sales, sales techniques and relationships.
- Maintain competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, sale techniques and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
- Prepare actual market analysis reports pertaining to market pricing and status in order stay up to date with new market trends followed by AAW’s competitors and to provide constructive solutions and measures for discussion and approval of the Showroom Manager.
