Overview of the role:

Support the rental sales team with handling customer enquiries, telephone rental sales and existing rental extensions/renewals/follow up. Suport the rental sales team on the rental desk as and when required. Always delivering professional, superior customer service in all interactions.  Admin work to support the rental sales team. 

What you will do:
Achieve monthly sales target for new rental sales and existing rental extensions.    
Follow up existing customers for rental contract extensions and secure payment for these. Ensure vehicles are returned on time and actioned appropriately for those being off-hired.    
Handle new inbound and outbound sales enquiries as required    Customer enquiries reports and closing ratios 
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction so that set standards are met and exceeded. Recommend process of improvements so that the front end operations run smoothly and efficiently.     
Ensure compliance of rental sales SOPs and make recommendations to improve internal efficiencies and the customer experience. 
Ensure accuracy of documentation and system entry to achieve zero-error records.     
Support rental sales supervisor to follow up customers for overdue payments as required.    
Ensure accurate reporting of customer information including name, contact number, emails, etc    
Ensure accurate information is taken from customers and recorded for marketing purposes .

Required Skills to be successful:

Job-Specific Skills: PC literate with strong MS Office skills, Strong admin skills, Understanding of vehicle rental will be an advantage.
Behavioural Competencies: Customer service skills, Excellent communication skills, team player, planning and organization, problem solving.

Overview of the role:
The primary focus of this role is to carry out dealership services on customer vehicles as per company standards and ensure optimum quality with increased productivity and technical efficiency, thereby individually contributing to generate workshop revenue without any repeat concerns.   
 
What you will do:    
•    Enter service appointments on the SAP retail system and track customer arrivals
•    Ensure all telephone calls are taken and answered
•    Take customer inquiries and ensure the customers are called back by the concerned department
•    To greet the customers with a smile, guide them customers and assist them when needed
•    Monitor the front office, reception, and customer lounge
•    Manage parking area and refreshment area as per Honda standards

Overview of the role
The Beauty Advisor is primarily responsible for selling products through courteous, friendly, caring, efficient service and accurate on time execution of merchandise display and promotion. They should exhibit full product knowledge to engage and satisfy customers that will impact sales and ultimately drive business growth.

What you will do
Profit Financial 

  • Recommends appropriate products and provides information highlighting the Features, Advantages and Benefits to the customers. 
  • Assists in locating, selecting and purchasing desired products based on preferred brand, variant and colour of the customer. 
  • Utilizes appropriate selling techniques such as suggestive selling, upselling and cross selling to increase ATV (Average Transaction Value) 
  • Monitors availability of GOBE products. 
  • Ensures proper safekeeping of all store merchandise to prevent shoplifting, damages and pilferages.
  • Monitors and updates reports on product shelf life.   


Commercial  

  • Ensures products on display are replenished as needed with complete shelf tag price, price tags.
  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area.
  • Complies with all set customer service standards (e.g. Smile and Greet, Offers Basket etc.)
  • Attend to all customer queries and needs.
  • Resolves customer complaints guided by set customer service standards and within scope of control.
  • Prepares and sets up store promotion by utilizing Marketing Collaterals to effectively communicate store promotions  


Process 

  • Weekly monitors price changes and updates shelf / price tags as needed. 
  • Timely displays all products following set planograms and guidelines for a specified duration.      


People 

  • Acomplishes MFP and PDP on time.
  • Participates and implements agreed EES action plans 
  • Strictly complies with set company policies and procedures especially on attendance, punctuality and code of conduct and set grooming standards.

Required skills to be successful 

  • Good knowledge of the fashion/beauty industry and trends Retail operational skills (stock, VM, systems, cash…)  Computer skills

Overview of the role
The job holder (JH) is responsible for planning, controlling, and directing their store team to achieve highest level of customer service standards and in-store execution to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets. JH provides excellent communication and people’s skills in order to influence everyone to manifest the best professional customer service and equipped with the ability to understand and analyses sales figures to drive the business to achieve its targets. 

What you will do
Profit Financial 

  • Drives, monitors and reviews sales performance and recommends action plans to deliver sales budget (Store Level) 
  • Conducts monthly meetings focusing on category sales performance with the selling personnel to update category performance and recommend action plans for improvement
  • Implements strategies and ensures 100% execution of all programs to achieve sales target of all EXCLUSIVE products and submits feedback on promo effectiveness. 
  • Manages and controls store approved OPEX budgets ( i.e utilities, wrap supply, staff cost, etc) 
  • Recommends and initiates plans to optimize the stores’ controllable expense. 
  • Achieves shrinkage budget below tolerance level thru day to day monitoring of Retail Operating Standard Compliance (store level) Drives, monitors and reviews sales performance & recommends action plans to deliver agreed sales budget (Store level)    


Commercial  

  • Checks and reviews the implementation of display and timely replenishment.
  • Manages availability and timely replenishment of stocks. 
  • Ensures consistent, accurate and timely inventory adjustments (GAP, Cycle Counts, Negative Quantity on Hand, False Positive) 
  • Complies consistency with the Brand of Service Standards when dealing with customers (internal or external) 
  • Ensures customers shopping experience exceeds customers’ expectation. 
  • Handles and reports product queries, complaints and offer advise professionally aligned with the Brand of Service Standards procedure. 
  • Drives loyalty members programs and initiatives to achieve target transactions participation. 
  • Drives selling techniques to achieve target conversion/transaction rate 
  • Cascades on going promotions, activities, memos, bulletins following the standard power talk guidelines on a regular basis
  • Checks and validates proper implementation and execution of promotional and store activities (e.g. promo call outs, hero displays and price changes)     


Process 

  • Ensure policies, brand standards, grooming guidelines and internal control procedures are communicated and implemented as per SOP 
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and understanding of the system and reporting 
  • Monitor store controllable expenses, supervise loss, asset protection and risk management and be accountable for inventory management 
  • Liaising with mall management, store documentation as appropriate (daily reports, banking, refunds, exchanges, etc)    


People 

  • Plans and monitors Personal Development Plans In role development interventions. 
  • Identifies, implements and monitors team learning interventions. 
  • Reviews and discusses performance appraisal and personal plans of direct reports. 
  • Implements action plans for employee engagements
