Requirements:

  • The applicant’s age must be between 24 and 45 years old.
  • A degree in Information Technology or a diploma is required.
  • 2 to 8 years of experience in building maintenance.

1. HVAC Technician (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician)

Tasks:

  • Installation: Install HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation units in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently, including cleaning filters, ducts, and other components.
  • Repair: Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, such as refrigerant leaks, thermostat problems, and motor failures.

2. Mechanical Technician

Tasks:

3. Electrical Technician

Tasks:
