About the Role
As a Customer Services Agent – Buggy Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless and professional support to passengers across various airport touchpoints, including:
- Check-in counters
- Boarding gates
- Transfer desk & disruption units
- Baggage services & lost & found
- Ramp operations
- Crew terminal
- Special handling
- MATAR buggy shuttle services
You will uphold Qatar Airways standards of service excellence while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and airport authority procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, caring, and service-oriented experience to all passengers, including those requiring special assistance.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure compliance with ISO standards and airline Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Report for duty on time with complete uniform and professional grooming.
- Operate the MATAR Buggy Cart safely within the terminal.
- Handle check-in, boarding, queue management, immigration flow support, and hand baggage control.
- Assist at transfer desks, arrivals, and baggage claim areas.
- Manage administrative and documentation tasks as required.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external airport departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any unsafe, illegal, or suspicious activities.
- Support management during emergencies or major operational disruptions, including participation in the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Certificate with minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within service industries
- Airport experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with DCS systems (MACS, Sabre, Altea) is a plus
- Completed training in Passenger Handling, Civil Aviation, or Customer Service
- Valid Light Vehicle Driving License from your home country
