Job Overview:
Baba International is currently seeking a qualified Administrative Officer with experience in government document processing and strong knowledge of food products and trading procedures. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Arabic and English and capable of handling administrative duties efficiently while supporting daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Manage and process government documents, approvals, renewals, and company-related transactions (Tasdeeq, Hukoomi, Municipality, Customs, etc.).
- Maintain and organize company records, documentation, and files in both digital and hard-copy formats.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and government entities regarding food product documentation and import regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, quotations, and official correspondence in Arabic and English.
- Support daily office operations and ensure smooth internal workflow.
- Perform delivery or submission of documents when required using company vehicle.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or office management in Qatar.
- Proven experience in document clearance and government procedures.
- Valid Qatari Driving License (mandatory).
- Knowledge of food industry materials and basic import procedures.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Qatar’s Labour Law, Customs, and Municipality systems.
- Problem-solving attitude and professional appearance.
