Job Summary
We are looking for a well-presented, friendly, and highly organized Customer Service cum Receptionist to be the face of our company. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front-desk service, manage communications efficiently, and deliver a positive customer experience for all visitors and clients.
You will play a key role in handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently and politely.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in person promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and visitors.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily administrative operations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document control, and office correspondence.
- Ensure visitor registration and ID verification procedures are properly followed.
- Handle complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Support management in improving customer satisfaction and communication flow.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Age: Between 25–32 years old
- Availability: Must be able to join immediately
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma; a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Representative
- Languages: Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
