- Native Arabic speaker (must)
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or call center
- Must hold a valid QID (Qatar ID)
- Available to join immediately

- Age below 30 years
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and follow up until full resolution.
- Document interactions using CRM systems and maintain updated customer records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
- Work in rotational shifts if required (day/night/weekends).
