Requirements:

  • Native Arabic speaker (must)
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or call center
  • Must hold a valid QID (Qatar ID)
  • Available to join immediately
  • Female candidates only
  • Age below 30 years

📋 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and follow up until full resolution.
  • Document interactions using CRM systems and maintain updated customer records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
  • Work in rotational shifts if required (day/night/weekends).
