Rapid Employment Initiative
The Rapid Employment Initiative aims to attract talented young national professionals and promising talents in the digital fields. The initiative provides 131 job opportunities across critical and diverse specialties within the telecommunications and information technology sector.
As part of the initiative, on-the-spot interviews will be conducted with candidates to enable swift and direct opportunities to join the government workforce.
The available positions include supervisory and specialized roles in strategic domains such as digital government, statistical studies, training and development, and more.
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has officially announced the opening of applications for more than 100 vacancies in various key areas, with the objective of attracting distinguished talents and promising professionals, in alignment with the Digital Agenda 2030.
Available Opportunities
The initiative offers 131 vacancies across specialized areas within the ICT sector. Applications are open to citizens of both genders via the National Employment Coordination Platform “Kawader”, while a dedicated link is provided for non-Qataris (residents) to submit their applications.

Strategic Focus
Through this initiative, the Ministry emphasizes empowering young professionals and integrating them into the ICT sector, in line with its vision to accelerate digital transformation and achieve the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030 and the Third National Development Strategy (2024–2030).
The Ministry’s Digital Agenda 2030 also aims to create approximately 26,000 jobs by 2030, fostering a sustainable Qatari workforce and supporting the country’s digital economy.
