We are urgently looking for: Arabic Customer Service Agent

🔹 Salary: 2000 QAR (Full package)
🔹 Contract Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension based on performance and business needs)
🔹 Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken & written) is mandatory
🔹 Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM
🔹 Location: Doha – Professional work environment
🔹 Joining: Immediate – Valid QID required

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Provide support and immediate solutions to customer needs.
• Maintain and organize customer data professionally.
• Manage complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer requests until properly closed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer service.

👤 Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer applications (Word, Excel, Email).
• Full commitment to work during the entire contract period.
