Job Title: Administrative Officer (English Fluency Required)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: QAR 4,000 – QAR 7,000 per month

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English with impeccable grammar and spelling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administrative duties with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Draft, review, and manage official correspondence and reports in English
  • Manage filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure proper recordkeeping
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners professionally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have a keen eye for spelling and grammar accuracy
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be currently based in Qatar
