1. Security Guard (Full-time, Doha)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and visitors
- Conduct regular patrols (both indoor and outdoor)
- Check authorization for access and enforce site rules
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, assist in evacuations or accidents
- Record daily activities, suspicious behavior, and security log entries
- Report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors and cooperate with authorities if needed
Requirements:
- Valid Qt. driver’s license (sometimes)
- Reliable, attentive, fit, and alert
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience desirable (e.g. property/hotel)
2. School Receptionist (Full‑time, Doha)
Responsibilities:
- Greet students, parents, staff, and visitors professionally
- Answer and route phone calls and manage general email inquiries
- Issue visitor badges, maintain sign‑in protocols, manage daily visitor logs
- Provide general admin support: data entry, filing, scheduling tours, preparing welcome packs, supporting school events
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certificate in Office Admin or Education preferred
- Experience in educational settings or previous front‑desk/receptionist role
- Strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills
- Bilingual English & Arabic often preferred
3. Administrative Assistant (Full‑time, Doha)
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, greeting and assisting clients
- Coordinate office supplies, manage inventories, and assist ordering
- Prepare quotations, collate documents, schedule meetings, support HR and departments
- File management, recordkeeping, general clerical tasks, support reception if needed
- Handle sensitive correspondence, transcribe minutes, book travel, and assist with reporting
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher; Business Administration or related field a plus
- Proven experience (often 2–4 years) in admin or office roles
- Professional phone etiquette, strong typing, MS Office proficiency

4. Driver (Full‑time, Doha)
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport staff, guests, or goods to assigned destinations
- Maintain the vehicle: daily checks, minor servicing, cleanliness and fuel records
- Maintain logbooks of routes, timings, deliveries or passenger entries
- Assist with errands like banking runs, document submissions, loading or unloading items
- Report vehicle defects or maintenance needs promptly
Requirements:
- Valid Qatari driver’s license appropriate for vehicle class
- Secondary education is often required
- Clean driving record, usually ≥3 years experience in professional driving roles
- Reliable, punctual, courteous, able to work flexible hours sometimes
5. Data Entry Clerk (Full‑time, Doha)
Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into company systems or databases accurately
- Verify data accuracy and completeness; correct errors or duplicates
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Generate and format reports, perform regular data quality checks
- Support filing, photocopying, record‑keeping, and other admin tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; computer or MS Office training preferred
- Typing speed (e.g. 40–50 WPM) and strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams, follow up to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:
