Urgent Hiring – Assistant Clerk (Only Arabic Speakers)

Position:

  • Assistant Clerk (Arabic Speakers Only)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update records, documents, and reports.
  • Assist in data entry, filing, and organizing office materials.
  • Communicate effectively in Arabic (Read, Write, Speak).
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle correspondence and manage documentation.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Arabic (Reading, Writing, Speaking).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent typing skills in Arabic.
  • Ability to handle office tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Must have a valid QID and be currently residing in Qatar.
