Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Secretarial Duties:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for senior executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical planning.
- Marketing & Sales Support:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to enhance brand visibility.
- Create engaging content, including posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor analytics to optimize marketing performance.
- Support sales teams with lead generation and customer outreach.
- Administrative Coordination:
- Maintain organized records and databases.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in executive secretarial roles and marketing/social media management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (required) and English (preferred).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with graphic design or video editing software.
- Understanding of SEO and digital advertising trends.
