Position Title: Security Guard

Responsibilities:
GETP Group is seeking a reliable and diligent Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises and ensuring a secure environment for both employees and visitors. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Inspection and Regular Patrols:
- Regularly inspect the premises and property to detect any threats or violations.
- Patrol common areas and entrances/exits to ensure the security of the facility.
- Visitor Check-In and Check-Out:
- Verify the identity of visitors and grant them appropriate access.
- Record and monitor the entry and exit of visitors to ensure only authorized individuals are on the premises.
- Phone Answering and Communication:
- Answer both internal and external phone calls in a professional manner.
- Provide information and coordinate with other departments as required.
- Incident Reporting:
- Monitor all activities on the premises and report any irregularities or incidents.
- Coordinate with emergency response teams and law enforcement when necessary.
- Interaction with Visitors and Staff:
- Offer support to visitors and staff when needed.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment within the premises.
- Monitoring Security Cameras:
- Continuously monitor security cameras to ensure all areas are under surveillance.
- Intervene swiftly in case of any suspicious behavior or activity.
- Daily Reporting:
- Prepare and submit daily security reports, detailing activities and incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of all events and important observations.
- Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and secure operations.
- Provide immediate reports on any security threats or concerns.
Qualifications:

- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with visitors and staff.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Trained in First Aid/BLS (Basic Life Support):
- Capable of providing first aid in emergencies.
- Completed certified training in First Aid and/or BLS.
- Self-Defense Training:
- Experience in self-defense techniques and handling dangerous situations.
- Ability to apply these skills effectively during emergency situations.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure:
- Strong decision-making skills in emergency situations.
- Ability to manage high-pressure scenarios calmly and efficiently.
- Ability to Work in a Multicultural Environment:
- Must be able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment and Reliability:
- Ability to work efficiently and adhere to schedules.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in security or similar roles is preferred.
- Certification in security training or First Aid is a plus.
