Position: Customer Service Representative for a Service Application

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will assist our customers by addressing inquiries and complaints via calls or chat. Additionally, the role requires effectively resolving customer concerns about service quality and providing quick responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by responding to their inquiries and resolving complaints through calls and chat.
- Persuade and reassure customers in cases of service-related issues.
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Residency: Candidates must currently reside in Qatar and hold Sudanese nationality.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English is required, along with a strong command of the Qatari or Gulf dialect. (Candidates not meeting this requirement will not be considered.)
- Cultural Awareness: Candidates must be born in Qatar or Saudi Arabia, or possess a solid understanding of Gulf culture. (Applicants who do not meet this condition will not be considered.)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer usage, including data entry and customer service applications.
- Equipment: Personal computer and stable internet connection.
- Experience: Prior experience as a customer service representative in Qatar or the Gulf is preferred.
