Sr Technical Solution Analyst

Job Description
As a Senior Technical Solution Analyst on the Support Services Organization aligned with the client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. As you work with Oracle Health technologies, you will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

You will use your troubleshooting skills to perform investigations of front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.

You will also use your solution knowledge/expertise to bring about Oracle Health’s innovations and solution capabilities. Our Senior Technical Solution Analysts are also responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the lifecycle of a project/ investigation.

Your goal is incident resolution, application maintenance and to provide tangible and measurable value outcomes that improve care delivery.

Career Level – IC1

Responsibilities

  • Experience working with FirstNet, SurgiNet & Anaesthesia and integrated solution modules. At least 4+ years.
  • Exposure to multiple solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Discern Rules, Operations Job and basic CCL.
  • Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
  • Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
  • Mitigate solution risks and issues.
  • Lead client meetings and events.
  • Drive internal team initiatives.
  • Implementation/Support work experience, at least 2+ years.
  • Health care information technology work, at least 2+ years.

Skills:

Experience with Healthcare IT Solutions:

  • FirstNet, SurgiNet, Anaesthesia: Experience working with these integrated solution modules (4+ years preferred).
  • Exposure to Multiple Solutions: Exposure to various healthcare IT systems is an advantage, providing a broader understanding of integrated healthcare technologies.

Technical Expertise:

  • Discern Rules & CCL: Knowledge of Discern Rules, Operations Jobs, and basic CCL (Clarity Command Language).
  • Configuration and Solution Design: Ability to design and configure client-specific solutions, ensuring alignment with healthcare workflows and making recommendations to improve system efficiency.
  • Solution Oversight: Providing oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders to ensure optimal solution implementation and performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium.
  • Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization.

Expectations:

  • Willing to work 100% from the client site (Doha, Qatar).
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
  • Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
  • Mitigate solution risks and issues.
  • Lead client meetings and events.
  • Drive internal team initiatives.
  • Implementation/Support work experience, at least 3+ years.
  • Health care information technology work, at least 3+ years.

Skills:

Healthcare IT Solution Expertise:

  • Access Management Solutions: Extensive experience with Access Management systems, including ERM (Enterprise Role Management) and ESM (Enterprise Security Management).
  • Core Systems & Modules: Experience with Core systems, HIM (Health Information Management), CPDI (Clinical Patient Data Integration), and eSignature modules.
  • Integrated Solutions: Proficient in working with integrated healthcare IT solution modules, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience across systems (6+ years preferred).
  • Exposure to Multiple Solutions: Familiarity with multiple healthcare solutions, enhancing the ability to understand and integrate diverse system requirements (additional exposure is a plus).

Technical Expertise:

  • PM Rules: Experience with PM (Process Management) Rules, ensuring optimal system workflow and automated task management.
  • Operations Jobs & Purges: Familiar with configuring and managing Operations Jobs and Purges within healthcare systems to maintain data integrity and performance.
  • Basic CCL (Clarity Command Language): Knowledge of basic CCL for system configuration, query management, and troubleshooting.

Client-Facing Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Configuration: Leading the design and configuration of client-specific solutions, ensuring they align with workflow requirements and client needs.
  • Recommendations and Guidance: Providing expert recommendations to clients on how to improve workflows, optimize system configurations, and leverage IT solutions effectively.
  • Solution Oversight: Providing direction and oversight to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the solution meets expectations and adheres to best practices.
  • Mitigation of Risks and Issues: Proactively identifying and mitigating risks and challenges related to system implementation and integration to ensure successful delivery.
  • Client Meetings and Engagement: Leading and managing client meetings, ensuring clear communication, understanding of requirements, and client satisfaction.
