Directorate.

About the Job
The Senior Shipping Assistant plays a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain operations of a company. This position involves overseeing the shipping processes, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, and managing shipping documentation. The Senior Shipping Assistant works closely with various departments, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years total experience in Shipping & Logistics.
- Position can be filled after QatarEnergy induction, in lieu of experience.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge with SAP or relevant software
- High computer literacy skills
- Proficiency in English
- Team working skills
- Detailed knowledge of principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes pertaining to corporate and business
planning services - Knowledge and understanding of the Oil and Gas industry.

Education
