You will be supervising the team in order to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and surpass the annual revenue targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle customer requirements and\/or requests, including fare quotes, and ensure minimum complaints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advise and support Travel Agents with seat confirmation and arrange VIP Bookings\/ticketing queries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support staff and customers in resolving difficult issues\/problems pertaining to Reservations &amp; Ticketing on a daily basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guide and support staff and keep them updated on relevant changes in the industry and QR products\/services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate complaints to define and correct weak areas and thereafter, either provide recommendations or escalate to the Line Management for further actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage mishandled passengers, absent records, and passengers whose boarding was denied, as and when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee booking patterns and monitor performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly assess and evaluate staff performance on a quarterly basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be responsible for on-job day-to-day training\/coaching session for new-joiners, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and according to schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other department duties related to his\/her position as directed by the Head of the Department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Be part of an extraordinary story&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your skills. Join us as we dare to achieve what\u2019s never been done before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, everything is possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for a professional who possesses the following skills and experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High School Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A recognized certificate in IATA or Airline Advanced Passenger Tariff and Pricing Course<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thorough knowledge of special rates \/ offers \/ promotions preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in Qatar Airways In-House Computer Reservation &amp; Ticketing (e.g. Amadeus).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to manage room sales with due regards to the revenue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to adhere to Management Policy and target sales mix to achieve maximum room revenue ensuring every opportunity to sell is taken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fair knowledge of World Geography<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Qatar Airways Group&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our story started with four aircraft.
