\u2022 Maintain records for purchase orders (PO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), stock adjustments, and sales<\/strong>
\u2022 Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies between system and physical stock
\u2022 Coordinate with store staff, warehouse teams, and accounts departments<\/strong>
\u2022 Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports<\/strong>
\u2022 Monitor stock movement, shortages, and excess inventory
\u2022 Ensure data confidentiality and compliance<\/strong> with company procedures
\u2022 Support audits, stock counts, and system updates<\/p>\n\n\n\n
