The SME ensures the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business processes across various departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Educational Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in <strong>Business Administration<\/strong> <em>(Mandatory)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree in <strong>Business Administration<\/strong> or a relevant <strong>Professional Certification<\/strong> <em>(Preferred)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experience Requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum <strong>7 years of experience<\/strong> in a related specialized field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least <strong>3 years<\/strong> in a <strong>Specialist<\/strong> or <strong>Expert-level<\/strong> role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven record in <strong>performance management<\/strong>, <strong>data analysis<\/strong>, and <strong>organizational development<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 special needs, under the supervision of the Special Educator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Educational Requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Diploma in Special Education<\/strong> <em>(Mandatory)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul exempt Qatari nationals and long-term residents from experience requirements upon successful completion of the <strong>in-house departmental training program<\/strong> during the <strong>3-month
