follow up to ensure resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take the extra mile to engage customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist callers with inquiries, complaints, and requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log and escalate issues to relevant internal teams when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operate company Customer Relationship Management\u00a0<strong>(CRM)<\/strong>\u00a0system and other designated customer service tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log all interactions and outcomes with detailed notes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and respond to queries received via multiple public-facing channels including: Telephone, Email, WhatsApp Social Media (if assigned), Onlineforms and inquiry platforms, Offline communication (onsite).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit daily and weekly interaction reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highlight trends, recurring issues, and customer feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support campaigns and initiatives that require direct customer interaction (e.g., RSVP follow-ups, alumni engagement drives, surveys).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fluent in Arabic\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>English<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>Spoken and written<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in customer service or receptionist roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional appearance and behavior suitable for representing the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duty hours are eight hours per day (<strong>Sunday\u00a0<\/strong>to\u00a0<strong>Thursday<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>7:30am\u00a0<\/strong>to\u00a0<strong>3:30pm<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>with valid QID<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Job Type: Contract<br>Contract length: 3-4 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pay: QAR4,500.00 &#8211;
