\u2022 Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
\u2022 Provide support and immediate solutions to customer needs.
\u2022 Maintain and organize customer data professionally.
\u2022 Manage complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
\u2022 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
\u2022 Follow up on customer requests until properly closed.
\u2022 Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred.
\u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
\u2022 Proficiency in using computer applications (Word, Excel, Email).
\u2022 Full commitment to work during the entire contract period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Temporary contract for 3 months with possible extension.
