We are looking for an Electronic Payment Systems Officer to join our team in Port Sudan.
Requirements:
\u2022 Minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking sector (preferably in electronic payment systems).
\u2022 Excellent command of English (written & spoken) for direct communication with international partners.
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
\u2022 General knowledge of card operations (issuance, renewal, and lifecycle management).
\u2022 Experience in preparing financial reconciliations and daily settlement reports.
\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\u2022 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer and operational issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Job Responsibilities:
\u2022 Manage and issue electronic payment cards (new issuance, renewals, PIN reissues).
\u2022 Monitor daily settlement processes and prepare required reports.
\u2022 Oversee customer alerts (SMS\/Email) and ensure smooth service delivery.
\u2022 Contribute to enhancing customer experience across electronic payment systems.
\u2022 Support deployment and maintenance of POS devices and assist merchants when needed.
\u2022 Handle and resolve disputes effectively in line with internal policies.
\u2022 Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
