{"id":1991,"date":"2025-07-13T11:57:08","date_gmt":"2025-07-13T08:57:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/careers.getforsa.com\/?p=1991"},"modified":"2025-07-13T11:57:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-13T08:57:08","slug":"alfardan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/careers.getforsa.com\/?p=1991","title":{"rendered":"Alfardan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for an experienced Waitress\/Waiter to join our high-end International Restaurants at Alfardan Hospitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Main Responsibilities includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To accurately take food and beverage orders, efficiently serve food and beverages to customers and attend to customers&#8217; needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greet customers politely as they enter the restaurant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introducing self to customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show and assist customers with their tables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present menus to customers, explain the menu items in terms of preparation, ingredients and presentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the menu items and daily specials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be aware of allergy information on menu items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be able to answer inquiries about food and beverage items on the menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offering food and beverages suggestions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inform customers of special items not listed on the menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve food or beverages to customers and prepare specialty beverages at tables as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check food orders with customers to ensure correctness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input the order into POS System, handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scan goods and collect payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve food or beverages to customers and prepare specialty beverages at tables as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speak and interact with both new and regular customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow health and safety guidelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sales referrals, cross-selling products and introduce new ones, Upsell food and beverage items throughout the meal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stock serving stations or bar areas with food and beverage supplies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write patrons&#8217; food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate dining or order details to kitchen personnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with bartenders to fill beverage orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with kitchen staff to process and expedite food orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pre-set table for the orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use established food handling and serving techniques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure customers are satisfied with their food orders, beverages and service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor customer&#8217;s needs and promptly handle requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle customer complaints in a polite and professional manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain the table setting by clearing courses as completed, replacing utensils, refreshing water glasses, dealing with spills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and provide customers with accurate check for the meal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare to-go boxes for customers, if required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Re-set and prepare table for customers including decorations, condiments, napkins, utensils<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized service area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dispose of trash according to established procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform any side-work as requested<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with safety, health and hygiene policies and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Minimum Requirement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 2 to 4 years of experience in restaurants or full-service hotel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hospitality Diploma or similar discipline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/alfardan.talentera.com\/ar\/qatar\/jobs\/waitress-waiter-5340288\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/alfardan.talentera.com\/ar\/qatar\/jobs\/waitress-waiter-5340288\/\">Apply Now<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/alfardan.talentera.com\/ar\/qatar\/jobs\/waitress-waiter-5340288\/##\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for an experienced Waitress\/Waiter to join our high-end International Restaurants at Alfardan Hospitality.
