The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, &amp; Analytical Industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">job Brief<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>The incumbent is accountable for receiving, storing, and organizing goods within the warehouse. They ensure accurate inventory management and assist in order fulfillment and shipping processes. And maintaining a clean and safe working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Policies &amp; Procedures:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies &amp; Procedures as applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Warehouse Coordination:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receive, move, and store incoming products after clearing or local direct purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check and inspect all products received and ensure no products are damaged or missing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report the status of incoming shipments to the concerned WH Coordinator and inform them of any delays (with the reason for the delay).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Inventory:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sort and store the products in their designated areas (racks, shelves or bins) according to the predetermined sequence with FIFO\/FEFO method according to the advice of WH Coordinator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare the custom kits and labelling as per the requirements of the customer and ensure accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the monthly counting of physical inventory and reporting any discrepancies to the Asst. Distribution Manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the expiry of the stock on a regular basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove the expired items and dispose of them as per the instructions of the Asst. Distribution Manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report any damaged or missing items to the Asst. Distribution Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Transportation:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare the products for delivery along with the Driver &amp; Driver Assistant as per the Delivery Order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check that all products packaged are the correct quantity, type and quality as per the supplier documents and against the internal Quality Inspection Form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the Drivers and &amp; Driver Assistant with the loading and offloading of the products ensure that no products are damaged in the move.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Admin:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>File all supporting documents related to the products that are being received or shipped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurately update all data into Netsuite and manual recording systems by scanning and uploading the documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update and handle the DMS project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with all instruction from the Asst.
