Call Centre Agent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Handling all incoming & outbound calls and redirect them or keep messages<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Greet and welcome guests<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Answer questions and address complaints issues<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Check, sort and forward emails<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Keep updated records and files<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Proven experience as Call center Agent or relevant position in medical field<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Proficient in English <\/strong>and Arabic <\/strong>(oral and written)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Strong communication and people skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Problem-solving skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Customer service orientation<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Flexible to work in shifts<\/p>\n\n\n\n Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n
