We require a Customer Service Representative for inbound and outbound calls. Candidates will contact clients over the phone and email to offer information on our products & services while simultaneously noting the customer\u2019s information. Will also be required to perform other calling-based tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Conduct warm leads calling sessions to provide product & service information to interested customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Conduct survey calls to assist with customer satisfaction reports and record customer feedback\/complaints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Present initial financing options based on customer needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Other CSR duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Bilingual <\/strong>\u2013 fluency in Arabic and English is a MUST<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At least 2 year(s)<\/strong> of previous experience in customer service or matching roles. Automotive experience is a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Team player attitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prompt and courteous over the phone and in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Enthusiastic and pleasing personality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Must have strong computer skills, in particular MS Excel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pay: QAR3,000.00 – QAR5,000.00 per month<\/p>\n\n\n\n Experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
