Guests bring valuables and important papers into their hotel rooms. While in-room safes help to guard guests&#8217; jewelry and money, they need to feel protected at every stage of their stay. And guests must be able to sleep in a hotel, unfettered by concerns of danger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7\u00b7 To ensure that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniforms and name badge at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 To assist in the building of an efficient team of employees by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 To ensure that all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 To assist in the training of the employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 To supervise the employees within the department.
