The Trolley Boy will be responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to all customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Job Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n – Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Assist customers with their groceries, and merchandise, including loading and unloading items from trolleys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Ensure that all items \/ merchandise is handled safely and securely. – Maintain a clean and organized trolley area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Provide directions and information to customers as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – High school diploma or equivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Customer-focused with a positive attitude. – Ability to work well in a team environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\nJob Description<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
