Description:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This position is responsible for creating a safe and productive learning environment by maintaining discipline in the classroom, assisting with student guidance and support, and fostering an atmosphere of fairness and inclusivity for students in kindergarten, pre-kindergarten, and primary grades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f <strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the teacher in implementing both classroom and extracurricular activities, including educational field trips.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the classroom teacher to understand your role and how to contribute to the execution of lesson plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise student groups during the application of various instructional strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize both <strong>intrinsic and extrinsic motivational techniques<\/strong> to encourage student engagement and learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the teacher in managing and correcting negative student behaviors in a constructive manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct <strong>substitute teaching sessions<\/strong> as needed, focusing on enhancing student learning under the guidance of the designated substitute teacher, and only within the assigned classroom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform administrative duties related to classroom instruction, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitoring student attendance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring students bring necessary learning materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicating with parents or guardians as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all students are equipped with the necessary learning resources (main and supplementary textbooks, notebooks, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in preparing age-appropriate <strong>instructional aids and educational materials<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help in organizing and showcasing student work, updating displays regularly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform any other related duties assigned within the
