The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining stock levels in the store warehouse. You will play a key role in ensuring product availability, supporting sales teams, and maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Classify and store<\/strong> items in the warehouse daily, according to established procedures and product characteristics, to ensure quick and easy retrieval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tag merchandise<\/strong> accurately and systematically to maintain consistent tracking and visibility of inventory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Receive incoming stock<\/strong>, verify quantity both physically and electronically, inspect quality, and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conduct daily inventory checks<\/strong> and report end-of-day stock status to the Shop Manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assist sales staff<\/strong> in replenishing shelves to ensure product availability at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support periodic stock counts<\/strong> and participate in annual physical inventory processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> High School Diploma or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Previous experience in stock keeping, warehousing, or retail inventory management is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical Skills:<\/strong> Familiarity with POS systems and electronic inventory tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Attention to Detail:<\/strong> Level 2 \u2013 Able to spot inconsistencies and maintain high accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Teamwork:<\/strong> Level 1 \u2013 Cooperates effectively with colleagues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer Focus:<\/strong> Level 1 \u2013 Supports internal and external customer needs efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Relationship Building:<\/strong> Level 1 \u2013 Builds trust and positive interactions within the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Initiative &amp; Adaptability:<\/strong> Level 1 \u2013 Demonstrates a willingness to take on tasks and adapt to changing priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Self-Development:<\/strong> Level 1 \u2013 Open to learning and improving on the job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why Join Us?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At Bershka, we value energy, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
