To be assigned in Sidra Medicine, healthcare experience preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Associate Warehouse I carry out any tasks in relation to receiving, storing, picking and dispatching of clinical and non-clinical supplies in the warehouse, CSB and PSS location. Depending on operational requirements the post holder may be assigned to any of the teams operating in the warehouse and other MM location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Carries out any tasks in the process of receiving, putting away, picking, issuing and dispatching of items and checks and reconciles all incoming and outgoing paperwork for physical goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Checks and reconciles all incoming and outgoing paperwork for physical goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Labels incoming and outgoing consignments correctly with all relevant information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Operates any electronic warehousing equipment, such as hand-held terminals, computers etc. according to established procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Ensures accurate data entry in the warehouse computer system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Ensures all items are picked according to their issuing Unit of Measure (UOM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Ensures all hazardous goods are accompanied by the correct documentation according to legal requirements and Health & Safety requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Conducts cycle counting and random stock takes as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Checks items for damage and expiry date and removes damaged\/expired stock to quarantine area as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Ensures safe handling of dangerous goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Provides excellent customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Keeps the warehouse clean and tidy and a safe place to work at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Reports any incidents related to health, safety, damage and disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Operate forklift, VNA, reach truck for pallet picks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Replenishment to other locations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Responsible for vertical movement for logistic operations to\/from trucks and trailers and proper store<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Complies with policies, procedures and standards in warehouse operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
