\u2714\ufe0f Fluent in both English & Arabic<\/strong> (spoken and written).
\u2714\ufe0f Minimum 2 years of experience<\/strong> in a call center or customer service role.
\u2714\ufe0f Strong verbal and written communication skills.
\u2714\ufe0f Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
\u2714\ufe0f Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
\u2714\ufe0f Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of calls.

\u2714\ufe0f Basic knowledge of CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
