{"id":1720,"date":"2025-02-23T12:48:29","date_gmt":"2025-02-23T09:48:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/careers.getforsa.com\/?p=1720"},"modified":"2025-02-23T12:48:30","modified_gmt":"2025-02-23T09:48:30","slug":"data-entry-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/careers.getforsa.com\/?p=1720","title":{"rendered":"Data Entry"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jobDescriptionTitleHeading\">Full job description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Experience in Healthcare sector is MUST<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain the database for Non-PR\/PO summary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raise PRs in Oracle according to the details provided by the planner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scan delivery documents such as delivery notes, LPOs, and other documents for each delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the Logistics and Supply Chain Team with daily transactions, such as deliveries, backorders, and item creation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ship out outbound transactions through the ERP system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess and resolve issues related to excess quantities, duplicate orders (item code and description), and discontinued items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform logical transaction data entry in Oracle as per the SCM\/Logistics team&#8217;s request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update sub-inventory, quantity, and lot expiry information for items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit requests for backordered items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update the master list to avoid item duplication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track orders and create new orders as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalate order creation issues and report them to the Logistics Management Supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the team with inbound and outbound reconciliation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all outbound transactions in Oracle are completed without any pending items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate activities with the Logistics Team to ensure timely approval of requisitions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share expired item details and P.O. details daily as per storekeepers\u2019 requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter data into the database.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record and maintain all inbound and outbound records in the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in yearly stock counting at the Health Center and Central Warehouse and report any discrepancies to the SCM\/Logistics team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain files and records using effective filing systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the Warehouse Store in daily activities such as inbound and outbound inspections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Education:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s (Required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ERP &amp;
