About the Role:
We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and relevant call center experience.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
\u2022 Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
\u2022 Maintain accurate records of interactions using the company\u2019s CRM system.
Requirements:
\u2022 Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
\u2022 Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or a similar role is required.
\u2022 Must have a valid visa (family\/spouse\/sponsorship) \u2013 No visa sponsorship provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
\u2022 Experience in healthcare, or financial services industries is an advantage.
\u2022 Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
\u2022 Strong typing and data entry skills.
