The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, personnel, and assets. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of security protocols and excellent communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform regular patrols of the premises, both indoors and outdoors, to deter and detect any security breaches or suspicious activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control access to the property, verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to any alerts or incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enforce company policies and security procedures, addressing violations in a professional and courteous manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, and security activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing assistance and following established protocols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding security matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist visitors with inquiries and provide directions as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be able to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Security Guard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have experience working in\u00a0<strong>GCC Countries<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must currently reside in\u00a0<strong>Doha, Qatar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of security procedures and protocols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent observation and situational awareness skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to write clear and concise reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physically fit and capable of performing patrol duties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic computer literacy may be beneficial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid security license or certification (if required by local regulations).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be fluent in English (Arabic proficiency a plus).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have NOC\/Freelancer Visa are welcome<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Education:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Security: 4 years (Preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CCTV: 3 years (Preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/qa.indeed.com\/cmp\/Shine-On-Trading-and-Contracting\/jobs?jk=62f87abbc1234710&amp;start=0\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/qa.indeed.com\/cmp\/Shine-On-Trading-and-Contracting\/jobs?jk=62f87abbc1234710&amp;start=0\">Apply Now<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking experienced and reliable Female\/Male Security Guards to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
