As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises and ensuring a secure environment for both employees and visitors. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inspection and Regular Patrols:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regularly inspect the premises and property to detect any threats or violations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patrol common areas and entrances\/exits to ensure the security of the facility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visitor Check-In and Check-Out:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verify the identity of visitors and grant them appropriate access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record and monitor the entry and exit of visitors to ensure only authorized individuals are on the premises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phone Answering and Communication:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Answer both internal and external phone calls in a professional manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide information and coordinate with other departments as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Incident Reporting:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor all activities on the premises and report any irregularities or incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with emergency response teams and law enforcement when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interaction with Visitors and Staff:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offer support to visitors and staff when needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a safe and welcoming environment within the premises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monitoring Security Cameras:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Continuously monitor security cameras to ensure all areas are under surveillance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intervene swiftly in case of any suspicious behavior or activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Daily Reporting:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare and submit daily security reports, detailing activities and incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate records of all events and important observations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Collaboration with Other Departments:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and secure operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide immediate reports on any security threats or concerns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with visitors and staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trained in First Aid\/BLS (Basic Life Support):<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capable of providing first aid in emergencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed certified training in First Aid and\/or BLS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Self-Defense Training:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in self-defense techniques and handling dangerous situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to apply these skills effectively during emergency situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ability to Work Under Pressure:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong decision-making skills in emergency situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage high-pressure scenarios calmly and efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ability to Work in a Multicultural Environment:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Commitment and Reliability:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to work efficiently and adhere to schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High level of integrity and professionalism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous experience in security or similar roles is
