The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests, staff, and property. As a Security Guard, you will be entrusted with maintaining a secure environment, preventing unauthorized access, and handling any security-related incidents with professionalism and efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous experience as a security guard, preferably in the hospitality industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of security operations, procedures, and equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure or emergency situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physically fit with the ability to perform routine patrols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic first aid and emergency response knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent; security certification is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitive salary: 1,500 QAR\/month + FAT (Food\/Transport Allowance).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NOC Must.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pay: QAR1,500.00 per month<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Patrolling and Monitoring<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Routine Patrolling:<\/strong> Perform regular patrols of the premises, both on foot and by vehicle, to monitor and prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Surveillance:<\/strong> Use security cameras (CCTV) to monitor activity in and around the facility. Identify suspicious behavior or potential security breaches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monitoring Access Points:<\/strong> Ensure that all entry and exit points are properly secured and monitor visitors, employees, or contractors entering the premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Checking Security Systems:<\/strong> Regularly inspect alarm systems, fire exits, and surveillance equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Preventing Crime<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Deterring Criminal Activity:<\/strong> Act as a visible deterrent to criminal activity by maintaining a professional presence and adhering to the company&#8217;s security protocols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Crowd Control:<\/strong> Manage and control crowds during events or high-traffic periods to prevent disturbances or conflicts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Investigating Suspicious Activity:<\/strong> Identify and investigate unusual behavior or security breaches. Alert appropriate authorities if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Responding to Incidents<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Emergency Response:<\/strong> Respond to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, such as fire outbreaks, medical emergencies, or suspicious activities. Follow procedures to manage the situation until help arrives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>First Aid Assistance:<\/strong> In some cases, security guards may be trained to provide first aid in emergencies until medical professionals arrive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reporting Incidents:<\/strong> Document and report any incidents, accidents, or security breaches that occur during a shift, detailing actions taken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
