English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expertise in system and network configuration including servers, hypervisors, and network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services, file server) and cloud platforms like Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilled in Cisco IP telephony and familiar with IP protocols, web services, and application protocols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing existing and deploying new system configurations, including Windows Server, Virtualization Systems, Mobile Devices, Mobile Platforms and Desktops (Windows and MAC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soft Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>IT GRC Specialist<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assessing and analyzing IT systems, processes, and controls to identify areas of risk and non- compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing and implementing IT governance frameworks and strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting risk assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mitigation measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT controls and security measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing guidance and support in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of IT controls and compliance programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing recommendations for improving IT governance, risk management, and compliance practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in IT GRC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training and educating staff on IT governance, risk management, and compliance practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience working as an IT GRC Specialist or in a similar role with minimum 8 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>of experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g.,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC are preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language &#8211;
