design team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Develops and maintains a new customer listing, outlining scope of work and size of opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Plans in advance a weekly call cycle based on the Customer listing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Receives and summarizes Requests for Quotations (RFQ\u2019s) and passes these to Management for planning and costing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Develops and maintains general presentations suitable for customer briefings which highlight the company and its services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Acts as the Point of Contact for all potential customer enquiries up to the point of entering a formal agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Maintains a close working relationship with ABA Contracting Operations Teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Works with the Operations Teams to match spare or underutilized resources with potential customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Liaises with Group Corp Comm to ensure division marketing and media is current and relevant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients and negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client\u2019s specific business need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Developing rapport with key decision makers and translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desired Skills and Experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in Sales and Marketing or Operations Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in the development of business opportunities in a service driven sector;
